Where do you ship?
The United States, Canada and Norway. Shipping is priced by destination and by the actual weight of your cart, calculated at checkout before you pay. Nothing is estimated after the fact and nothing is billed to you later.
Why is my shipping different from someone else's?
Because postage is real. A cap and a hoodie do not cost the same to send, and the same hoodie does not cost the same to send to Toronto as to Texas. Rather than average it out and quietly overcharge domestic buyers to subsidise international ones, the cart weighs what you actually ordered and quotes the zone you are actually in.
Is there free shipping?
On qualifying United States orders, yes. It takes both a minimum order value and a parcel under a weight ceiling, because a heavy order that scrapes past the value threshold costs more to post than it makes. The cart tells you where you stand before you pay.
How do returns work?
All sales are final, so there are no returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size guide before ordering. If something arrives damaged, misprinted or is not what you ordered, email support@incomeexecutive.com within 14 days and it gets put right.
How do I contact you?
Email support@incomeexecutive.com. That is the only address the store uses, it reaches a person, and orders are answered within two business days. Please include your order number if you have one.
Is my payment secure, and who is charging me?
Checkout runs on Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's own hosted page and never touch this site, which is also why Apple Pay and Google Pay work. Sales tax, where it applies to your address, is calculated by Stripe at checkout rather than added as a surprise.
