What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and billing address. We need these to take payment and post your order.
Payment details
Card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout page and are handled by Stripe. They never reach this website's servers and we never store them.
What we do not do
This site runs no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics. Your cart is stored in your own browser, not on our servers, and is not linked to you until you check out.
Location
We use the country your connection appears to come from to pre-select a shipping destination. It is a default you can change, it is not stored against you, and it is not used for anything else.
Who else sees your data
- Stripe: payment processing and tax calculation
- Cloudflare: website hosting and email delivery
Nobody else. If posting your order ever involves a third party, this list is updated before that happens, not after.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require us to keep them, and no longer.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, and ask to have it corrected or deleted. Email support@incomeexecutive.com and it will be actioned.
