Shipping rates are being finalised ahead of launch.

Where we ship

We ship across the United States and to Canada. We do not ship anywhere else at the moment. The destination you choose on the shop page sets both your postage and the countries checkout will accept an address from.

Rates

Postage is calculated from the packed weight of your whole order, not a flat fee per item, so ordering several things together costs less than ordering them separately.

Express delivery is available within the United States at checkout.

Import duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by your country. These are collected by the carrier on delivery and are not included in the total you pay here. They are set by your government, not by us, and we cannot predict or refund them.

Sales tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, and is shown before you pay.

Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or for ordering the wrong size, so please check the size guide before you order.

This does not affect your legal rights, and it does not cover faults. See below.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, misprinted, faulty or is not what you ordered, email support@incomeexecutive.com within 14 days with a photo and your order number and we will put it right with a replacement or a refund.
