Orders

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order and refund it in full, for example if an item is out of stock or the price was listed in error.

Prices and tax

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout from your delivery address. Shipping is quoted separately before you pay.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See Shipping & Returns for rates, timescales and import duties.

Returns

All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind or for ordering the wrong size, and faults are covered. The full policy is set out in Shipping & Returns, which governs if the two ever differ.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Intellectual property

The Income Executive name, marks and designs remain the property of the store owner. Buying a product does not transfer any right to reproduce the designs.
